SES has been providing pioneering and proven methods of teaching English ever since it was founded in 1957. We were the first school in the UK to launch an Executive English language course and the first in the world to open a dedicated listening centre. SES is accredited by the British Council and is a member of EnglishUK.

Studying at SES will give you unique access to our experienced team of English language teachers that encourage intelligent learning. They have written a number of English teaching books between them and are committed to sharing their knowledge and experience with you. Supporting this team is Mark Fletcher, our Group Learning Consultant and internationally known pioneer of Brain-friendly learning. Mark, along with our Principal and Director of Studies, is responsible for ensuring that SES remains at the forefront of innovation and setting new standards for English language schools.
