Homestay Accommodation for Young Learners (age 14-17)

At SES, we understand the importance of providing our young learners with a friendly host family experience to make them feel at home, relaxed and happy. Homestay accommodation also gives young learners a fantastic opportunity to activate language learned in the classroom while experiencing traditional British family life.

Accommodation with a family

• Our host families are carefully selected by our full-time Accommodation Officer to fit the specific needs of the student
• Our full-time Accommodation Officer visits every host family on a regular basis and selects homes where we know our students will be comfortable, cared for and encourage to speak English
  
• All of our host families are a comfortable walking distance from the school
  
• A transfer service from the airport/train station to the host family is provided on arrival and departure when students arrive on a Sunday between 10.00 and 17.00, and leave on a Saturday between 12.00 and 19.00
  
• We have a wide variety of families willing to cater to the individual dietary or allergy requirements of our young learners
  
• Students stay in single or twin room accommodation
  
• When staying with other students in a host family, SES can ensure that no two students of the same nationality or mother tongue will live together in order to promote 24/7 use of English
• Breakfast and dinner are provided
